He has been the exclusive Advisor for Evolution Investments Spa, a Milan-based luxury holding company with investments mainly in France and Italy. He has been General Manager of a medium-sized company and has worked for many years alongside entrepreneurs, supporting them in the most important strategic choices, from the search for investors\/partners to complex corporate transactions. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, also works as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor, and is Statutory Auditor in some important Italian Joint Stock Companies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

<\/strong>He holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Genoa and a specialization in M&A and Project Financing from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. Advisor to the investment holding Evolution Investments in the acquisition of the Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier brand and the company Parfums et Sillages SA, of which he was also Managing Director. He held the role of CFO in Lucitalia Milano and Ghidini Lighting, was founder and senior manager of Arkios Italy and became a Partner in 2011. Extensive experience on Financial Analysis, Business Analysis and Financial Models issues, today he is CEO of the holding company RedFish LongTerm Capital S.p.A..<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
